Ban guns from Destiny
I believe guns are turning people into killers. We can minimize the risk by banning guns which takes away the ability to kill people.

Guns don't turn people into killers, training, anger or a bad childhood does that, sometimes madness. But if your a true killer everything is a potential weapon.
