Given that the efforts of anti-vaccination groups seem to be unfortunately paying off, do you think there should be an added incentive for parents to vaccinate their children? Specifically, if a child is not vaccinated, the parent or guardian should receive fewer, or be less-eligible for, state-sponsored benefits and services, such as welfare payments, schooling (such as exclusion from enrolment), child care, etc... with the exception of medical, and only medical, reasons.
