Which would you rather be afflicted with?
For the girl option: You will be stuck with an eternal period. Forever. Even in death.

Oh no it appears my prior option changed the OP. XD I'd have to go with forever flaccid. Sex isn't too important. Certainly not as important as being able to piss lol
