I got caught by a red light camera for the first time.
I got a letter in the mail today and it had pictures of me going through the red light. I went on the website and I got to watch the video. It's kind of BS though. I was making a right turn during a red light, and there wasn't a 'No Turn On Red' sign, but they gave me a ticket for not coming to a complete stop.
I understand that rules are rules, but I still don't think I deserved the ticket. I slowed down a lot but didn't completely stop. And there were no cars that were even coming through and there were no pedestrians. I didn't put anyone at risk.
The ticket is 50 bucks. Meh.

Thought you had to be stopped by a cop to get a ticket not just roam around town and getting caught on camera... Do they have a sign stating tht light is used for tickets? We have some in our town but police said it's just for survallience of traffic not to enforce.
