I'm curious as to The Flood's general opinion on the exercise sport/method known as CrossFit. Anyone have any opinions on it?

Providing you are young and capable of handling the stress of high intensity workouts, it sounds like a good thing. You can get practically the same workout by going to your local gym with some instructions you can find online for free, but if being in a program is what it takes to motivate you, go for it. [spoiler]I've started working out hard in my campus gym two days each week, it feels great lol[/spoiler]
