I like Drought. It lets Mega Charizard Y shrug off a Hydro Pump and then K.O. back with an instant-charge SolarBeam. Any of the abilities that grant immunities are nice too, like Flash Fire and so on, particularly when they're given to a Pokémon that would otherwise be weak to that type.
