Yeah you pretty much have to get it perfect...pretty much ace the global warming, and put as many bleed dots on him as you can. Once he calls in the secret service take out the riflemen first and heal every turn. Also use the strength potion. That was the only boss fight that have me trouble in the game, I one-shotted all the rest
