If the front of the visor is far enough away from his face, the circular hole in the center will offer him enough sight to maneuver and look around. Sometimes you have to sacrifice sight to make an awesome cosplay costume. Just look at the giant robot at last years ComicCon. The man inside barely had anymore to see through than that. And he was on stilts…
