Are those those rubber coated work gloves? Cause maybe those aren't the best thing to use; they tend to get sweaty and aren't all that comfortable (for me at least.) Maybe get some cheap motorcycle-type gloves. I think they'd look much better and depending on the type you get, they already look similar to the black armoured gloves Guardians have.
