I'm not sure you understand what The Flood is. We aren't in Chaos, we are actually the most docile we have ever been because most have moved to #Offtopic. Also you will never be able to bring peace and order to the Flood, many have tried in the past and some have gotten close but The Flood always returns. It actually helps keep the community going in its own weird kind of way and is necessary to the stability of the whole.
