No class really outstrips another, but they generally work like: Titan - paladin/tank class, heavy armor. Warlock - mage/support class, heavy magic damage. Hunter - fighter/damage class, heavy weapon damage. However they have been designed to not fit perfectly into the standard class archetypes, so that's just at a glance.
