Why the -blam!- do they look so weird?

To make it Look like there's a lot in it; but in reality there's just as much juice in it as there is milk in a Kemp's milk carton.

Now that you mention it a lot of orange juice containers these days do seem to deviate from the traditional box or carton style you would expect to see.
