That's exactly what I thought. Like Middle Earth :), which I love the style of. I've been meaning to see if I could find where on Earth that map is based off of, since Destiny is based of real life locations, I wonder if that map could be a real geographic place on Earth.

Someone suggested old Russia. Remember it is current locations, but mixed in with artificial history over the past seven centuries, a lot can happen. Have you seen Shadow of Morder? Ive re-read the Game Informer article on it over 10 times now, it looks really interesting!

Agreed, mixing real life and fiction could make the map really hard to pin down on a real map. Yeah I've read that article also, and watched the gameplay video. It looks really awesome! I was kinda bummed though when I found out it is single player only. Still looks fun, so many ways to play.

Edited by Agent Space Wolf: 4/28/2014 1:25:59 AMYa! I saw an article about how the mountains in the distance of the Tower were exact replicas of Mt Kilimanjaro, so its speculation the City is in Africa Ya, lots of impact on your gameplay, such a diverse world, quiet good use of the domino effect also.

Right? I was like, geez guys do you even know how epic this game could be with multiplayer? I thought it would be an obvious feature..

Ya, but think of all the data that would cost, wow. Quite the game anyways, spectacular idea.
