I noticed this while reading the GameStop pre-order promotion. An exclusive, upgraded Sparrow would be given to players who pre-ordered Destiny through GameStop.
I also saw that in one of the newest screenshots, the letters "SPA RW" can be read on the side of the vehicle.
Thoughts? Has Bungie changed our land-speeder's name once again? I personally like both names (though I lean towards Sparrow).

Guess you guys didn't realize it but hate to burst all your bubbles , it's for UK ONLY
-
Yeah, it's probably indeed two different names to distinguish them.
-
No the poster and trailer were made before they changed the name from sparrow to shrike
-
*Shrek
-
Shrike is the make sparrow is the model. Just like cars and trucks.
-
You know why it's called the shrike?
-
I'm pretty sure that the Shrike is the current version and the Sparrow is just an out dated version and the poster is just a simple mistake, I could be wrong though.
-
Shrike is the slower version and the Sparrow the faster one i asume.
-
A wild Sparrow has appeared

Is it a gamestop exclusive? I thought it said it was a Games (The Company) exclusive. If it's a gamestop exclusive, do I need to take off my pre order and put it back on to get the code or what?
-
Maybe each bike has it's own name? That's my guess.
