Gentlemen, I have good news! A little while back I bought myself a sketchpad for work in the digital realm. I've been learning the handling on it for a little while now. And, I have a decent enough understanding of how things work now. But I'm excited today to say that everything finally clicked into place. I put the pieces of the puzzle together and now understand how to do things on my own. I find that even the simplest processes that are shown to me fail to work for me if I attempt to replicate them. So, instead I take them apart and re-arrange them while maintaining the core idea behind them. So, at some point, when I finish my first piece, I will put it up here. I decided to look at something relatively simple in design. A T-800 from Terminator. A blend of Human features and rigid structure, with simple tones. Just a simple headshot, nothing too complicated. But I think if now that I finally put the puzzle together it will look much, much better than all my earlier attempts. But it will take time though. None the less I am very excited.
