So in many team based games, you'll often get players who leave a game early, causing the teams to become unbalanced.
It occurred to me that the game could rebalance itself by starting round robin respawns for the team with more players, such that you only respawn when your team has fewer players alive than are on the other team.
Once additional players are found for the smaller team, everyone can once again respawn at the normal rate.
What are your thoughts on this idea?
Does anyone know of a game that has this setup?

Kind of like what Natural Selection 2 does?

In theory this idea has a lot of potential however I think it could just give way to griefers. People either leaving the game to screw over their team or teams quiting out when they are ahead and then having one team member hide. (I'm best trying to compare this to things you would see happen in halo matchmaking)

It's a good idea, but I think devs just don't want to make people wait. It'd also be a pain in the ass if 90% of one team quit.

That's actually pretty clever
