Do you guys think that ODSTs can be real/made?
Will it be possible to create an ODST program, or maybe even develop ODST armor for use today in warfare?

I'd say that we are getting closer. Getting pods past the atmosphere and having people jump out is already here now all we need to do Is make it more speedy and more mechanized.
