Not really, but I will if it's necessary and I have no other options. However I keep a knife on me for both utility and defensive purposes, and I will use it if I have to. And before anyone accuses me of being too willing to jump to lethal force, just keep in mind that i'm really, [i][b]really[/b][/i] difficult to start a fight with. The only way i'd probably end up in one is if my life or the life of someone i'm close to is in imminent danger. And if that really is the situation, yes, I will use whatever I have to to take the attacker out.
