I just got to say the anatomy is off so little that you wouldn't be able to tell if you were the artist in the heat.[happens to me all the god damn time] The eyes and nose should be a bit lowered, so that there is more space for the forehead. People very commonly forget that the forehead is a pretty large portion of the face. Also, with a lowered nose the nasal septim [part under the nasal tip] should be trimmed to fit the face. I understand this is a heavily stylized art work, so none of these points are negative, they are just for a bit of insight into realism or assistance.
On another note the use of color is brings valuable atmosphere to the image.
[Edit: If all these things are done you will also have to adjust the left side of her face to be a bit lower and the left jaw line to be at a little more angled down.]
