The number of General Motors vehicles recalled in 2014 topped 10 million today after the automaker issued five new recalls affecting more than 2.7 million U.S. vehicles.
Something must be in the water in GM's corporate headquarters, like heavy metals or hallucinogens.
Ignitions, software, tie rods, and bake light wiring.
Some engineers in the company knew about the ignition switch defect — which has been linked to at least 31 accidents and 13 deaths — for more than a decade before a recall was ordered.
Absolutely disgusting.

Old GM leadership was the problem with the ignition switch, Barra had no idea of the ignition switch issue till she was made CEO of North America or something like that I think the new recall is a defective brake light switch on the new trucks, really that isn't terrible but it's all snowballing for bad publicity for the General right now.
Ford was for the bailouts, mortgaged everything they had to barely get by, and that included the blue oval. Also the big 3 regularly have recalls, Ford/Chrysler have been guilty for doing the same thing GM has done. juss saiyan
