This all began 2 weeks ago at Talladega Super Speedway when the car pictured above was sponsored by DogeCoin.
Tonight in the NACAR pre-All Star race at Charlotte Motor Speedway, Josh Wise (driver of that car) was just voted in by Fan vote to participate in the big show (the All Star event) tomorrow night.
3 cars from tonight's race get to advance to the All Star event, which is made up of last years winners, past All Star winners, and past Cup champions.
The first 2 were the winner and runner up of tonight's race. The Fan vote, which has been open to vote on for about a month, allows the recipient of the most votes to advance as well.
Josh Wise is a virtual unknown and not an upper echelon driver form an under funded team. Why did he win the fan vote you may ask?

One person voted for this car, not the driver 84,000 times.
How in the world does anyone have enough time to abuse a ballot that much?
Darrell Waltrip called Josh Wise on his radio right after the race had ended (they were still on the track, driving to the garage area), and Darrell gave him the news that he had just won the fan vote. You could tell that Josh had no clue that this was even possible. He had just finished 18th out of 23 cars, 10 miles per hour slower than the leader.
It's not a points race, it's all just for show, but this is stupid.
Keep your lame memes outta my racing. This is ridiculous.
