Preload early with Playstation digital.
Playstation store is now offering digital pre-orders that include Beta access and early preload (download) of Destiny on 9/4. What does this mean? No waiting in line for midnight launch at your local retailer, no waiting for delivery of Destiny to your delivery address, and no waiting for your local retailer to open to pick up your copy of Destiny.

That really works for me... I can see the consoles in another 10 yrs not even having disks anymore, everything is going to online now and although you will be able to play them offline (some) most will be online so internet is a must these days.. I don't like the direction this is taking really, my internet is already 60 a month, going to be more as the years go by. Gaming doesn't just cost the game anymore.
