Significant meteor shower tonight
Video is a time lapse of the Perseid shower and this one ( the Camelopardalid shower) is predicted to have even more meteors.

Some forecasts show 200 to 1,000 meteors an hour between 2 and 4 a.m. Eastern Time on Saturday.[/url]
Anyone planning on staying up late to watch the show?

I thought it was cooler that I could see the planet rotating in high-speed. Is there really a place on Earth where you can see the cosmos like that or do they use special recording equipment?
