Necromorph (Dead Space)vs flood (Halo)
Edited: Halo Is to OP, I guess I'll have to vote for the flood.

If it was the Flood infecting a population of humans and then going against established Necromorphs, I'd give it to Necromorphs. This is based off of reading up on the two on an earlier date. Necro's are more violent and capable of greater changes in the first stages of outbreak, but the Flood wins at intelligence, tool use, and speed of an outbreak in a population.
