I started with Halo 3. I never owned a regular Xbox and so I didn't play Halo 1 or 2 when they were new.

Combat Evolved was my first Bungie game, it convinced me to go out and buy an xbox/xbox live. The last console I had before that was a N64 👌. Though, I ended up buying it after Halo 2 was released!

My first Bungie game was Marathon. An old, but good game.

Halo Combat Evolved! I was (and still am) horrible though.. and only played up to Halo 2. I got ODST, Reach, and Halo 4 for free (I knew some people who knew some people who didn't want them anymore) but they've been collecting dust. I never played any of them. Really looking forward to Destiny because I like the concept, aaaand the art is amazing.

My first Bungie game was a little known game that I beta tested called Oni. It had such potential but sadly never realized it.

Halo 1 and 2 cause I got my original Xbox as the second halo came out and bought them both to play in order, than I found the halo books and bungie ascended to godhood just like talos rose to godhood in the elder scrolls, all hail bungie

Halo 4 was my first. I was the useless 4th member with 3 fellow clannies who dragged my sorry butt through the campaign on Heroic. I discovered that I am very good at flying my alien jet... thingy into walls. And support struts. And doors. And other ships. Basically anywhere besides where I want it to go. :D

I will admit to fighting against Halo, tried so hard not to give in! But some of our Community Charity events on Halo 3 really made it a blast. Can't wait to actually get the full Bungie experience with Destiny :)

Halo ODST. It was also one of my first PvP online experience game coming from playing mainly Nintendo for a long time.

Halo: Combat Evolved on the OG XBOX.

Started with Halo 2. Started a Clan. Still play with them today.

Some ancient history here, I started with Pathways Into Darkness, followed up by Marathon, both played on an old Mac IIsi that barely ran the later. It was the start of a love affair with Bungie that has been going on nearly two decades now. I did not love Bungie because of Halo, I loved Halo because of Bungie.

Edited by Ovaryacting PMS: 5/29/2014 2:26:31 AMI had seen all of my friends play Halo CE and someone gave a tutorial on how to play Halo my senior year for some project we had to do. My friend was about to pawn his xbox and H2 collectors edition game, I ended up giving him the 50 bucks, and it was the best 50 bucks I had spent. I played a little bit online, had so many lans and I have been hooked since (until H4 but yeah you know).

Oh, Blood Gulch how I missed you so... Need I say more?

Edited by H2O sporeslayer: 5/29/2014 2:50:31 PMODST i've been collecting all the other halo games since then. I already got all the bungie ones!

Halo3, odst

Halo CE. Xbox original or bust.
-
It started with the first halo game but I didn't really play the others

I started with Halo CE on da original xbox. Eventually one of my other friends got an xbox and we used to have a six man system link. Ah, the old days.
-
It's a little bit sad for me to say this... but Destiny will be the very first and only Bungie game that I have ever played.
-
Halo CE OG here. I put hundreds upon hundreds of hours into campaign and multiplayer, mostly figuring out how to get out of maps and find easter eggs. I wish i had played Marathon, but i wasn't a PC gamer in those days.

Exactly the same here
