The teenager is 17, legal age of consent is 18 where they live
The teenager is sober, the adult is drunk well past the point of consent.
Who gets convicted?
It depends on if the minor was the male or female ;)
-
Okay, here's how it would go down: A) The older drunk is male and the minor is female. The drunk would be charged with -blam!- the minor because he was under the influence, wouldn't take no for an answer and over powered her. B) The older drunk is female and the minor is male. The minor would be charged with -blam!- the drunk because she was under the influence and couldn't say no. So the minor took advantage of that. Double standard? Yes. Do I hate it? -blam!- yes. Is this the way things usually work? Unfortunately so.

Doesn't matter, had sex.
-
Funny how society thinks that if you are drunk.. you are still in full control of everything you say or do. Yet they won't let you drive?
Oh wait.. maybe you are NOT in full control when you are drunk after all! : O
-
And true
-
( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
-
You can actually still consent while drunk.
-
This is sadly true
-
Lonepaul gets convicted.
-
Its only illegal if someone tells. Called a personal life for a reason keep it.personal, screw a older women good keep it.like that.
-
No one finds out
-
The female gets away with it.
-
The adult. The teen can lie easy and the adult can't do shit. The teen says "drunk rapist!!!"

It seems as if you've answered the question before we could comment. Way to steal our thunder, OP!
-
Being drunk isn't a defense in court for a lot of things so....
-
Amazing username. All I'm saying.
-
Depends on who presses charges
-
Getting drunk off your ass around a hormonal teen is no different than getting drunk off your ass an driving a car. You chose to impair yourself you are to blame.
-
Hold on while I get irrationally upset over a hypothetical situation expressed on a video game forum.
-
Its -blam!- either way. Were I on that jury I would vote guilty for sexual assault no matter the sex.
-
I don't care.
-
The adult, because technically the adult raped the minor. Because the minor can't consent. Fucking American logic
-
Ideally the minor for rape. In reality, who the hell knows
-
How would the police become aware of this if the teen was the initiator and the adult was blackout drunk?
-
Was it a consensual style of sex or did the sober teen force the adult down and -blam!- the adult? Just because they are 17 doesn't mean that they can't be convicted of -blam!-.
