A sober teen and a drunk adult have sex
The teenager is 17, legal age of consent is 18 where they live
The teenager is sober, the adult is drunk well past the point of consent.
Who gets convicted?
It depends on if the minor was the male or female ;)

The drunk would be charged with -blam!- the minor because he was under the influence, wouldn't take no for an answer and over powered her. B) The older drunk is female and the minor is male. The minor would be charged with -blam!- the drunk because she was under the influence and couldn't say no. So the minor took advantage of that. Double standard? Yes. Do I hate it? -blam!- yes. Is this the way things usually work? Unfortunately so.
