I heard all 100+ maps from all 4 of the games, but I don't know if Halo 3 is getting the graphical treatment, or if Halo CE will just be using Anniversary's Reach multiplayer.

If they used Reach's multiplayer they would have to do a whole port for the game, which would mean that they would have an entire Reach port, and we don't have that.
