reboot into safemode and run anti malware scans, anti spyware scans and anti rootkit scans. if all those come up clean after 20 scans each, do a limited programs boot into normal mode and then run more scans.
you may want to install Avast! and Malware Bytes Anti-Malware from a physcial retail disc.

restart your computer and you should get a key for boot options during p.o.s.t. before you hit the BIOS splash screen, assuming Wndows...

I haven't a clue to anything you just said. I am contacting the guy that built my computer now anyway, chances are he will understand what to do with it physically should I not find a software-based solution.

do you have a smart phone? can you get google on it? google "how to enter safe mode with x" and x is is going to be your operating system. do you run windows xp (a bad idea in this age) , windows vista, windows 7 or windows 8.1? some sort of linux? hackintosh'd mac OS X10?
