do you have a smart phone? can you get google on it? google "how to enter safe mode with x"
and x is is going to be your operating system. do you run windows xp (a bad idea in this age) , windows vista, windows 7 or windows 8.1? some sort of linux? hackintosh'd mac OS X10?
