How is the "script" bad? That's how me and my friends talk whenever we play tactically and a few of them are in the military

The Division was the best out of all of them... The reason the voices sound like that is because there's the option to have voice altered so it sounds like you're talking through a Radio. All of them were definitely scripted though.
