Probably because it was literally nothing but "Hey guys, we've been working REAL HARD to go and get it looking real neat! Look at this five second clip!" It's been an entire year since it was shown last year. I'm all for developing games to where they're awesome, but when all that's promised for next year is more info, implying a 2016 release date, it frustrates me that they announced it this early into the development. It kinda sheds more light on what I'm assuming Bethesda is doing right now - waiting until they have a legitimate build until they start marketing.
