I believe parts of the Tower are still blocked off and hidden until the final game, so I only saw a few of the Faction representatives. Out of the three I saw (Dead Orbit, Future War Cult, New Monarchy), I'm gonna have to go with New Monarchy because of their awesome armor shaders.
