I have two tricky ones that maybe no one has the answer to:
1.-Will players be able to use their Alpha characters on the Beta?
2.- Is there a level cap at 8 for the Alpha?

Yes the level cap is at 8 for the alpha. Most likely alpha stuff won't carry over to the beta, but no confirmation has been made.
