That's a bit tricky since the book doesn't use a military calendar like the other books do, IIRC it's set around 2535.

Alright, thanks. I haven't read it yet. Does it definitely take place after Halo Wars and before The Fall Of Reach?

Yes. Wars is 2531, Fall of Reach jumps around a bit but the battle itself is 2552.
