Based on the information ingame Jorge is wearing a set of Mjolnier Mark IV armor. The helmet is an armored up version of the base Mark 4 as said in the description and his chest plate has a shield generator strapped to it. Since Jorge is a Spartan-II I thought they upgrade their armor to the latest version when it's available.
