Damn. That GIF is awesome.
Anyway, 7'10" is his height when standing straight up. Evolving on a higher gravity world has rendered Sangheili posture to be squat, so you generally don't see Elites standing at their full height. Even then, from the quick glimpse of him we see before cutting to Locke's visor, he still appears to be taller. I'd put Locke at 7'1" or 7'2".

I'm glad you like the GIF. Locke is pretty tall then. Did Spartan-IV candidates reach the 7 foot mark?

Edited by Mr Admirals7044: 6/15/2014 12:26:01 AMYeah. DeMarco is 7'1". He's on the taller side for a SPARTAN-IV. Most SPARTAN-IVs are around 6'10". Although, that's just a rough guess on my part based on unreliable visuals. Locke's height is whatever 343i wants it to be.
