Gamertags and Halo Stats
I'm certain this question has been asked before but for the life of me I can't find an answer, so sorry to do this but here I go.
I plan on changing the name of my Gamertag, not making a new account just changing the name, and I have often read that when you do this your Halo stats will disappear. I just want some information about this. Is it still the case? Do they come back after a couple of days? Is there a fix? Or are they gone forever?
Lets see if I can actually get an answer in the #support forum, thanks in advance.

I changed my gamertag back in March or April and I have yet to have my stats returned. Honestly I changed mine because they said it would be restored in a few days in that post by Sawnose, but it's be quite a bit longer than a few days. I'm expecting it to be back up once they have the site all set for Destiny. It really sucks, but I guess it's just a first world problem.
