Been playing the Alpha for a couple of days now and just wanted to add my feeling for the game. Firstly, after the new vid's on e3 i was a little worried that it would be your standard fps, but after playing the alpha i can't wait to get my hands on this, simply brilliant! I have played a fair amount on the alpha and the only gripe i have had the whole time was that on one mission i didn't really know what i was supposed to do (Scout the area or something, one where you have to go into nag mode at a certain spot to clock up the percentage) Now considering this is an alpha test for the game, for me that's pretty damn impressive. Visually the game is stunning, i have spent way too much time just exploring to see what i can find, doing the odd mission and then playing through the story missions. Lastly, the big one for me, is the player/online event, just WOW, there's nothing quite like running into one of these and joining other fire teams to take down an enemy!! Bungie you are awesome!
