Game setup

Anyone know a good all nighter destiny set up. I have to game chairs a couch and a bag of chips and sodas. Any ideas? Tell me yours!

  • These are just personal opinions. The sony terms of service recommends you take a break every 15 minutes so this is just personal opinion. Make a big pitcher of green tea. Put ice in it and keep it in the fridge. Every 3 hours eat an apple to regulate your insulin levels. Have a package of quinoa pre cooked in some Tupperware in the fridge. While you are heating that up, go out and do a comprehensive stretch. For actual drinking get smart water. Water with electrolytes. The green tea will produce and support the energy you need without going to far and crashing. Quinoa is small and packs a massive protein punch. Apple for insulin. Smart water for electrolytes. Green tea for energy. Outside for fresh air and a comprehensive stretch. Getting your circadian rhythm back on track is another process if done right is a smooth transition.
