Will xbox live gold/silver/bronze and playstation thing be required for destiny?

Guys sorry but I don't have money to buy destiny and pay for Xbox live gold or whatever (I use Xbox 360) so if i need it is a[u] BIG [/u]question just like to know thanks! (also I don't whether this post is true above...?)
