Gun Customization
I have my faith in Bungie and I appreciate what Destiny is, because what I hold highest in games is identidy; being my own man. In the alpha there was no emphasis on customization, that is, AFTER character creation, so I am a bit worried. With guns, I am certain you can change the color and I am under the impression that the rest is unlocked through upgrades, like scopes, and I know the variety of scopes depends on the gun, but how much can you modify the scope? Can you change its tint color? It's reticle? Like BlackOps did? I would like this kind of depth of customization in Destiny a LOT. What does the community think?

first let me give you an idea of some of the customization options for mechanics. You will find them [url=http://imgur.com/a/BHN2b#0]here[/url]. Now this is just rare tier not even exotic or legendary. At the time I was like holy cow it will be too many pictures to show every option, but now I was I had. To give you and idea I have quite a few scout rifles, Almost every magazine choice was different. I think I found 10+ variants among my different scout rifles, somewhere around 6-8 scope variants, and this is just scout rifles and just at rare tier. Now as for color customization, I am not sure how much I saw there other than shaders, but I had no way of telling how shaders were applied. I do they are applied on a piece by piece bases, but I am not sure if there is secondary or tertiary layers or something. I know most of the shaders were two toned. I hoped that helped some, but I am certain you are asking for a bit more than was offered in the Alpha, not sure what they have for the Beta and Beyond. Although truth be told, I found one style of scope I really liked and would hunt it down in any of the guns that offered that scope style. I just wish I could have had a scope on my Hand Cannon. Bah that is another story. GIVE ME MAH SCOPE, DANGNABBIT! ....Sorry for the micro rant.
