As with most MMO's (And yes i know Destiny is a shared world shooter) you have the choice to have all of your gear automatically become the same color. I find it terrible in some games were you have all different colors of armour and it makes my character look like I found the nearest paint cans and drowned my self in them. So what do you think agree of Disagree

I wish this was in pvp so it was easier to tell friends and enemies apart

Umm... Shaders should do that
-
I guess I like unification, perhaps a certain colour per fireteam?

thats what shaders are for :D

Edited by Kero: 6/29/2014 4:32:33 AMDestiny has this feature. Not automatically, but you can dye your armor.

There are shaders in game

Quite frankly, it doesn't truly matter to me. There are times when I want the "emerald fire" of green and amber. Yet some games have weird colors on armor. Be it a different shade or even a weird gloss. So I am in the middle with this. I still prefer to stand out or wear a color my Clan wears.

I liked the idea of shaders that I saw in the alpha but I hated how hard it was to get.

I loved the shaders. Unlike in other MMOs, the gear in Destiny didn't feel isolated like it belongs to this specific armor set. All of the gear went well together when you added shaders to them.

Look up some videos from the alpha on dyes. You can already do it.

To piggyback on Hierarch, Shaders turn all of your armor to that specific set of colors and you can preview what they look like by hitting the button for details

Well, the difference in Destiny is it isn't one color. Shaders have different color palettes, with about two or three separate colors. Bungie has already stated that their shader's palettes range all across the color spectrum. I've seen them in action, and it doesn't look half bad.
