Unless bungie trolls us and decides to pull a watch-dogs on us.
[spoiler]In case you don't know, the graphics for the pc version of watch-dogs were lowered in order to make it "fair" to console players[/spoiler]

Ya they probably will they already said that the graphics for xbone and ps4 will be held back so last gen gamers didnt feel left out they will do the same for pc i would imagine

Graphics for the PS4 was held back. That 10% from the June Xbox SDK update barely got the X1 to 1080p.

You're right about one thing but they would come out sand say that the games was kept the way the ps4 is to give an equal experience..... like they did about the ps360 to ps4/xbo

Considering that is what they are doing already for current/last gen consoles yeah I would be shocked if PC was running free.
