Dude, as a fellow bald man... don't take out your "lack of hair rage" on someone who is tasked with cutting the little bit that you have left on your head.
Seriously. What did this guy want or expect them to do? To look like he wasn't bald? That'd take a miracle that doesn't involve scissors.
Oh and want a "ProTip"? When an officer asks you "what happened?" Don't repeat the incident (especially the part where you balled up your fist and put it in the alleged victims face) and have the officer play the role of the person who you assaulted. Cops tend to take fists in their face personally.
