I'm really interested to see how Arby escapes from Installation 04...I don't think it's been explained anywhere, correct me if I'm wrong.

The Arbiter was Supreme Commander at that point. He never touched foot on Installation 04. He was always on his flagship. When Halo detonated, he used the Gas Giant as a shield and then slipped back to High Charity.

as in if master chief figures out everything about the way arbiter personally killed [well personally enough to warrant guilt] billions upon billions of people. it sounds like a great direction to take arbiter's character.
