as in if master chief figures out everything about the way arbiter personally killed [well personally enough to warrant guilt] billions upon billions of people. it sounds like a great direction to take arbiter's character.

Is it know the Arbiter's age or how long Sangheli live? Maybe the arbiter attacked some people close to him or his home world.
