Glitches are still in Halo 2 though.
Halo: MCC has 5 multiplayer engines:
Halo CE
Halo 2
Halo 2A
Halo 3
Halo 4
English

There's no point making an anniversary if it doesn't stay true to the original. We will be just playing Halo 4: Halo 2 edition in the newest engine.

It's pretty disappointing to play on the remastered maps knowing that the only thing that separates it from Halo 4 is the fact there's no sprint.

So we're going to have to split the Halo 2 player base with those who want to play the original Halo 2 and those who want to play on the remastered maps where there are no glitches and have grenade indicators.

... The game has the exact same Halo 2 MP experience from when it shipped ten years ago with every map ever created for the game. Don't know how you can get better than that.
