The article is one of many I saw.
*explicit content*
So I don't give a shit that PS users get 4 more days for the beta, I don't give a shit about them getting some MP maps, a Strike, some starter loot, ect small stuff..
But DLC being exclusive to Playstation for a whole year. Is this true? Did I read this correctly!? If this happened to ANY other game than Destiny I would not get that game. Bungie, I know you aren't the ones who signed the papers. It was Activision.
Anyways I am mad now, I thought I was mad at the length of the beta but that pales in comparison to this.
Leave your thoughts below, I may not be following this article after a couple days, I am just blowing off some steam and looking for some opinions. Sorry about another rage topic on the forum, but I have not seen this DLC thing covered much.

Edited by Bruhai: 7/8/2014 7:28:20 PMTo me the biggest problem with this "exclusive" content stuff is that, regardless of your preference of console, everyone is getting hurt. Im not just reffering to Destiny, this is a problem in the gameing world in general. Its one thing when a whole game and its series is exclusive to one console aka Halo and God of War. With games like this the problem are at a minimum and really you buy the system that has the games you want. But when you make dlc exclusive the real monster emerges. It makes these petty wars between console players that really shouldent matter. I for one have a Xbox1. Ya i want the strike and the one pistol because i think it looks cool and im into cool looking weapons just for show, but as for the rest of the "exclusive" content that ps is getting at launch i really couldent care less. Xbox will get it eventually any way and its not like the weapons are going to break the game. More than likley weapons and gear released in such a way is more than likley purly cosmetic. After a few hours of game play you will probably find something you like much more. I for one just want to enjoy the game i have followed for years and want to enjoy it for years to come.
