This is business. Calling that a crime would be like saying its a crime to live. If you want you products to sell then you have to give people a reason to want it over the competition. This is a business rule.

I know all about this. But in a way it's a crime to make gamers sad because they have to choose between two different consoles. Making them heartbroken they can't get the best of both worlds. [spoiler]It's obviously not a legitimate crime, just a sad strategy we use to get more money.[/spoiler]
