I thought Microsoft F'ed bungie over when they took halo from them and just to note yes I have a ps4 but I still intent to get an X1 still for games like halo... anyway what I'm trying say is Microsoft may have done it to micrsoft/X1 fans not bungie, they did know that bungie was making it b4 they took halo off them so they could have done something if they wanted the exclusives and time exclusives like they did with most 360 games.

They didn't really screw them over Bungie's contract was coming to an end they wanted out and Microsoft owned the rights to Halo. They could have stayed on, resigned and kept making Halo if they wanted but they decided to do something new and Halo couldn't be it. Microsoft messed up Halo on its own after they knew Bungie was leaving.
